Rubber Toughening Agent R-306
Compositions:
R-306 agent consists of resin macromolecule,
Nano-polyhydroxy compound and interfacial agent. The agent is a new
multi-functional material which produced by high temperature melting and grafting
reaction technologies.
Properties:
The appearance is grey powder. It is non-toxic,
harmless to human and no environmental pollution.

Advantages:
1.
R-306 agent contains resin macromolecule, which
can effectively improve the toughness and flexing resistance of the rubber.
2.
R-306 agent can reduce the porosity of tire tread
and triangle rubber, and improve the compactness and abrasion-resistance of
final products.
3.
R-306 agent has excellent technologies. R-306
agent has interfacial activity component, which can reduce the interfacial
energy among all materials in formula. This will stabilize the dimension of
rubber sheet and tires, and products surface will be smoother.
4.
In
addition, R-306 agent also can improve the wet traction and fatigue resistance
of vulcanized rubber.
Usage and Dosage:
Add R-306 agent together with Zinc Oxide when
mixing rubber master-batch.
3~6 units of total tire compound can be used for tire
tread, tire sidewall and triangle rubber, other formula is same as before or
make slightly adjustment.
Packing and Storage:
It is packed in Kraft paper bags lined with
plastic film, net weight is 25kg/bag.
It
should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse.
The
shelf life is 24 months.
