Air-tightness Agent BC-15

Compositions:

BC-15 agent is a Fine Lamellar Structure Powder Carbon.

Properties:

It is non-toxic, harmless to human and no environmental pollution.

Advantages:

1.    It is a low-gravity material compare with other rubber filler (such as carbon black, whiter filler etc.) in rubber products.

2.    It can disperse in rubber easily and not affect the dispersion of other materials, which can shorten the mixing time.

It is lamellar structure, which will greatly improve the air-tightness of the tires inner-liner and tube.

3.    It will not stick to roller during rubber mixing.

Due to it has moderately active and low volatility, which can greatly reduce bubbles generated during rubber mixing, and then reduce the reworking rate, improve productivity and product quality.

Usage and Dosage:

1)    Add BC-15 agent together with Zinc Oxide when mixing rubber master-batch.

2)    5~10 units of total tire compound can be used for tire inner-liner and tire tube.

Packing and Storage:

It is packed in Kraft paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight is 25kg/bag.

It should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse.

The shelf life is 24 months.
