Application
Grinding mill is used for crushing, superfine grinding, classifying and drying of materials. It is a large scale equipment mainly used in metallurgy, construction,chemical, mining industry etc. It is widely used for superfine grinding of non-metal ores, such as calcite, marble, limestone,
coarse whiting, talc, kaolin, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, manganese ore etc.
Structure
The GLM series superfine vertical grinding mill consists of motor, reduction box, roller, millstone, classifier, hydraulic system, lubrication station, main body etc. The roller within the grinding zone of millstone grinds the material. The shaft of the millstone connects vertically with the output shaft of the reduction box. Hydraulic station provides high pressure oil to the pressure device through the pipe. The high pressure oil provides the roller force through forcing device so that the roller has enough pressure to grind the material. The classifier separates desired fine powder from coarse powder.
Performance Advantages
1. Low investment cost
A single GLM series mill can be used for crushing, grinding, classifying, drying and transporting of powder. Its occupation area is about 50% of the ball mill. In addition, it can also be installed outside which reduces investment cost substantially.
2. Advanced powder-separating technology
The theory of multi-round separation with frequency conversion impellor is adopted. The alloy steel blade of impellor are 30% more durable than conventional impellor. The fineness of final product can be adjusted at certain range without secondary classifying.
3. Intelligent operating system
The main mill, blower and the other parts of equipment adopt the frequency conversion control. Highly automated system design, touch screen and PLC control display all the production data clearly.
4. Simple and secure operation.
It is equipped with automatic control systems to remote control accurately. This equipment can be operated by one person safely and easily.
5. High efficiency of grinding
The GLM series mill equipped with specially made roller shell, grinding curve for superfine grinding easily forms materials layer than the normal vertical mill and achieves the expected fineness.
6. Reducing energy consumption
The GLM series mill grinds and classifies the materials which can save 30 to 50 percent energy consumption compared with normal mill.
7. Separate lubrication station
There is no leakage of much oil from lubrication system and cooling roller bearing as the roller lubrication adopts separate lubrication station and a single roller loop adopts double pump.
8. The stability of product quality
The mill adopts the theory of material layers grinding which reduces residence time of material and decreases duplication grinding. It is also easy to detect, control product particle size, and chemical composition which helps to stabilize product quality.
9. High accuracy and purity of the product
The mill can produce the powder of 325 ~ 1500 mesh with high cutting precision, uniform distribution and higher whiteness and neatness. This mill is perfect for grinding white and transparent materials.
10.Maintenance convenience.
The roller and the millstone can be renovated fast and easily, thus reduces downtime loss.
11.Less wearing parts
The mill is equipped with a device to prevent roller from coming contact with millstone directly, which avoids destructive impact and severe vibration. The roller and millstone are of high quality and lasts long.
12.Environmental friendly.
It is highly environment friendly and is sealed properly and works with small vibration, low noise. There is no dust emission from the equipment and meets the environment protection requirement.
