SILICON NITRIDE (Si3N4)
The silicon nitride powder is a non-oxide ceramic powder with excellent thermal/mechanical characteristics and electrical properties. The material also possesses good electric conductivity and outstanding wear resistance.
SUNTEK silicon nitride powder is synthesized through special nitridation process of silicon powder, which is characterized as high purity, narrow particle size distribution and high sintering activity.
