Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human tonsillitis tissue labeling CD74 Monoclonal Antibody with E-PA-3205 at dilution of 1:500. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by boiling the tissue sections in citrate buffer(PH6.0)for 20 minutes. Incubation with the primary antibody was performed for overnight at 4℃ followed by keeping at room temperature for 15mins. HRP conjugated Anti-Mouse secondary antibody was applied for 30 minutes at room temperature followed by DAB as chromogen, then counterstain with haematoxylin.
