Product Information
Our ironer padding are made of two material: Nomex and polyester, normally we have 100%Nomex(aramid) ironer padding, 50%polyester ironing padding, 100%polyester ironer padding.
The density is from 600gsm to 4000gsm and the width can up to 4.3 meter, 52 meter longest.
Characteristic: we use different material, which can cater for all the machine’s temperature. Tailor-made high strength base cloth and choose good material is needled by heavy machinery and on high temperature heat setting finishing . our Ironing padding advantage is durable, small shrinkaging rate, breathe freely, anti decomposition , long lifespan., for all flax type to result on excellent ironing , which is suitable for the flatwork rollers that use steam, gas and oil; heating medium.
Our flatwork ironer padding is suitable for all the brands of laundry flatwork machine, and the brands of the roller presses are as follow: Electrolux, Kannegiesser, Girbau, Primus, Alliance, Ipso,chicago,sealion …
B-011 100%polyester padding-suitable for steam heating process, 100% polyester and 200g companion scrims, which is suitable for pressure less than 8 bar and temperature lower than 160 °.c
B-012 50% Nomex and 50% polyester is suitable for the steaming machine whose pressure is up to 8 bar to 10 bar, if working temperature under 190°c, can use for like boiler that use steam, electricity and gas.
B-013 100%Nomex felt—it is suitable for gas heating process (gas-fired boiler), the temperature is up to 200°c-260°c which is combine of 100%aramid fiber and companion scrims.
B-014 Polyester / Meta-Aramid turned felt Suitable for a variety of laundry calendering machine, Material made of 100%polyester , Nomex mix polyester , 100% nomex
