Product Information
The
machine is the latest generation of washing and concentrating equipment
designed for waste paper pulp, especially the washing and concentration of
waste paper deinking and pulping. Besides washing efficiency and high washing
speed, because of its unique principle of centrifugal washing, it has a high
removal rate of fine impurities, such as fine particles and fillers, and can
significantly improve the quality and whiteness of recycled paper. It can also
be used for high speed washing and concentration of other slurry.
Features:
1. The
machine is compact,covers small area,and consumes less engergy.Totally closed
structure makes clean environment.
2. The
remove ratio of ash and tiny ink pariticles is as high as 90% or above
.Whiteness can be raised largely.
3. The
pulp inlet consistency is as low as 0.8-1.0%,while pulp outlet is as high as
109-12%
4. It
is suitable for wide range of pulp:ONP,OMG,MOW pulping.
5. Among
DIP waste paper deinking and washing equipments,high speed washer is a kind of
