Application:
The unpack is used in material preparation system of paper industry.It is used to unpack high density waste paper bale,screen and remove most heavy impurities,remove most dust of waste paper.It has outstanding advantages in yield increasing paper industry.
Features:
I.Compared with 4-roll unpacker,this rotary drum designed unpacker can save 70% power consumption.
II.By unpacking process of the waste paper blade,capacity of following pulping can be increased by 10-15%.
III.The unpacker waste paper can be sorted and used in multi-layer paper,which will save material cost.
IV.By screening out the dregs in waste paper bale,service life of wearing parts in the following equipment can be increase.
V.Dust-removal can decrease ash content of high grade paper and enchance paper physical strength.
