Product Information
MID-C101L is a natural polymer. It can be used to retard the setting of all classes of cement. It is a low temperature retarder for intermediate wells with bottom hole circulating temperatures as high as 180°F.
MID-C101L provides excellent retardation in wells with bottom hole circulating temperature up to 180°F. It has dispersing effect on the slurry, thus decreasing the viscosity.
The recommended dosage is 0.5 - 2.0 gallon per barrel depending on slurry’s weight, well’s temperature and solids to water ratio.
