Purchase Procedures:-
1. Seller issues SPA and Buyer sign on it and return.
2. Buyer issues POF MT 799 RWA.
3. Seller issues PPOP inc. DAT, BL, Q88, QQ report to Buyer’s bank.
4. Shipment arrived at destination unloading place Buyer conduct inspection on the delivered goods and Buyer pay via MT 103 after inspection was done. 100% payment done for each shipment within 2 banking days upon the cargo passed SGS inspection and received of all the relevant documents.
5. Seller injects fuel to Buyer’s vessel or shore storage tank.
6. Seller pays the Commission to all agents and Mandates as per signed NCNA/IMFPA.
Buyer can arrange to meet up with Seller at Singapore for TTM if required to clarify any payment and product issue.

MOQ: 50,000 MT/shipment and extended to 100,000 MT/shipment with early arrangement is allowed for next order.
