Product Information
The number of floors in many-storied buildings is growing up, so the safety requirements to ventilation systems assume great importance. Becoming more and more popular, multistoried buildings with single ventilation system make high demand of special fans. VN fans combining high capabilities and pure safety were purposefully designed to satisfy these requirements. They are perfect air mover for bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, etc.
Different models options, possibility to order the housing both together and separately from the fan will satisfy the most exigent customers.
Models options:
VNV -1-80 - the fan without housing, consisting of snail turbine, cover, filter and white, made of high quality ABS plastic front reflector grill.
The fan keeps high pressure, automatically changing the impeller's speed according to the resistance in ventilation system. Three speeds, speed control system allows choosing optimum operation mode. Perfectly balanced turbine and automatically adjusted operation mode provide silent operation. The fan is easily snapped in with the help of fixator and fixed with the screws. The cover is 5-10 0 movable, which allows hiding the mounting imperfections. The filter protects the fan against grease and dust. Normally, VNV 1-80 is mounted either in fire proof housing KP80 or in the plastic housing KV 80.
KP 80 - fire -proof housing is assigned to prevent penetration of combustion products and flame in to the premises from ventilation system. The housing consists of the plastic case sheathed with fire-proof material from 5 sides and 3 1/8'' metal flange with fire retarding back valve. During the normal operation, the back valve opens under the fan's pressure force and closes with the spring when the fan switches off. In case of fire or in any nonstandard situation when the temperature arises up to 194 degrees F, the melting insert is destroyed and spring blocks the back-valve. It's necessary to change the back-valve in order to unblock it.
KP 80 is mounted in the wall during construction works, that's why it is supplied with the protective cover, which prevents it from dirtying and dust penetration. After construction and finishing works, the cover is removed and VNV-1-80 is fixed in the housing.
KV 80 - the housing made of high quality ABS plastic with flange compatible with 3 1/8'' duct and with gravity back valve. KV 80 is mounted in the wall during the construction works, that's why it is supplied with the protective cover, which prevents it from dirtying and dust penetration. It's important to mind the back-valve's disposition while mounting the housing in the wall. After construction and finishing works, the cover is removed and VNV-1-80 is fixed in the housing.

VN -1-80 - the fan in plastic housing with reflector, possessing the characteristics of VNV -1-80. Specially designed for mounting on the wall.
