  . The Resistance Wire is precisely fixed in the middle of Sheath and assures efficient distribution of heat to the Sheath.
  . The space between the Resistance wire and Sheath is filled with Magnesium Oxide Insulation. This Magnesium Oxide Insulation has so hard strength like metal as to bear up against Impact & Vibration and distributes to faster heat-up and also.

• Prevention of Disconnection between Lead wire and Electric Heating Wire as Lead Wire and Element are connected through not inlet of Lead but opposite side of Sheath.
