Description
- PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) is a synthetic diamond tool which is made by sintering selected diamond particles. PCD cutting tools are prepared and used under the conditions that will provide the highest machining performance.
PCBN (Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride) is an artificially synthesized material. PCBN tools are used in a wide range of machining operations (milling, turning, grooving, facing & boring) and are recommended for machining hardened ferrous metals such as hardened steels, cast irons & super alloys.
CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) is a method of creating polycrystalline diamond through high heat sources like plasma, hydrogen and methane.
Unlike PCD, CVD & Mono is composed 100% of diamond composition.
The diamond made by this CVD technique can be used in the form of extended thin film & free-standing plates or windows.We will continue to do our utmost to improve tool performance and the life of cutting tools through constant investment and technical development.
