Polyurea Joint Sealant
Description
POLYTOP 200HB is two liquids high temperature and pressure spray coating paints with its main ingredients combined of Urethane and of urea. Its reaction is very fast with its high speed hardening, and its cut is formed in a few seconds, which is hard modified polyurea with high property of matter such as impact, wear-resistance, tensile strength, coefficient of expansion, water-proofing, low-temperature resistance, chemical resistivity, adhesion.
Use
- For water-proofing and protection coating of concrete structure.(exposure, nonexposure, flooded area)
- Floor coating such as of industrial facility, plant, parking lot, general warehouse.
- Water-proofing coating of all kinds of wastewater treatment plant and water-tank flooded area.
- Repair and reinforcement water-proofing coating of concrete building or structure.

Application
- Mix ratio 1:1, It must use spraying equipment for polyurea. And keep the pressure minimum 2000psi with heating to 65-75°C.(Pre heater temperature should be approx at 70-75°C and hose temperature should be at 65-75°C). These include GRACO, SPI company product . And Gun models include GRACO, SPI company product for polyurea spraying.
- Component "B" must be mixed each day, while to spray.
- Thinning is not required.
- You check the "SSPC" before start spraying.
Caution
- Store in warm place preventing from freezing.
Contents should not be exposed for a long time. - In case of contact with skin and eyes, flush immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
