Aromatic polyurea for steel spraying coating.
Description
POLYTOP 500 is two component, zero VOC's
(Volatile Organic Compound), 100% solid. POLYTOP 500 passed NSF 61 standard.
So eco-friendly coating material for water pipe coating. It has highly abrasion resistance and bond strength on steel.

Application
- Mix ratio 1:1 , It must use spraying equipment for polyurea. And keep the pressure minimum 2000psi with heating to 65-70°C.(Pre heater temperature should be approx at 70-75°C and hose temperature
should be at 65-75°C). These include GRACO, SPI company product . And Gun models include GRACO, SPI company product for polyurea spraying. - Component "B" must be mixed each day, while to spray.
- Thinning is not required.
- You check the "SSPC SP10" before start spraying.

- Store in warm place preventing from freezing.
