Purpose

• This machine is an Automatic Tumbler Drier developed with the goal of achieving efficiency gains, economic benefits, quality assurance, consistency in output and reduced labor costs. With the focus on quality improvement of single knit, double knit, heavy cotton fabrics, we have improved upon old models so that much better products can be produced throughthis new model. Furthermore, our device is designed to operate automatically based on computerized data.

Characteristics

• This is a continuous automatic tumbler drier that allows for continuous operation.This machine is manipulated through the monitor one-touch switch.This machine is mostly for highly elastic fabrics such as single knit, double knit, heavy cotton fabrics. Fabrics can be processed within shrinkage scope of 1~3% thanks to no-tension transportation.This deviceallows for consistency in quality and production because it is designed to operate automatically based on the input data. This machine does not require separate devices for spraying and washing. The output is usually 400~500kg/h. This device creates value by increasing productivity while reducing labor costs.
