Product Information
1. We are producing a Support Roller for cement factory which has a role of making a KILN rotate and supporting at the same time. We also produce Roll for steelmaking factory.
2. Our Roller would be equipped on Roller crusher which has a compact crushing and discharging function makes materials crushed by rotary movement of 2 rolls to the opposite direction to each other. And it has strong function on wear resisting and heat resisting by hardened welding on the surface of itself(Roller).
Raw materials(Forged) → Machining(Rough cutting) → Nondestructive inspection(UT) → Heat treatment(Q.T) → Machining → Nondestructive inspection(UT/MT) → Final inspection → Packaging → Shipping
