Product Information

1. Products characteristics

Hoisting Motor

By corresponding to the KSC-9621 standard, the repetitive rating and usage frequency are high and as a 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor that is designed and produced to operate with 125% load, T.E.N.V(without cooling fan) type for less than 17kw of motor size and T.E.F.C (with cooling fan) type is used for same or more than 17kw of motor size.

Hoisting Break

As an electronic-mechanical magnet disc, it is designed with a fast response speed of spring with electrical power and the break operates when the power is off and when the break is applied under the rated load, the slipping ratio is less than 1% of the hoisting speed and the break torque maintains more than 150% of the rated load.

Upper Limit Switch

It is designed as a lever cam double stopping equipment and for 1st stop, the operating power is intercepted and for 2nd stop, the hoist power is intercepted to prevent safety accidents as well as the malfunctions caused by reverse rotation.

Control Panel

The overload electric current preventing equipment and high electric current switch are installed together to protect the burning of motor and the electronic magnetic contact that controls the double protection equipment upper limit switch lever cam and the movement to each direction, is safe in operation and the panel is shielded with a rubber pad for the protection against dust and water.

Push button switch

As a switch of hanging type, the mechanical interlock equipment is installed to secure the safe works while the case is strong against the external shocks by using a polycarbonate material and with the protection against dust and water with IP65. For switch type, toggle switch can be used on its own or with others, single speed type and creep speed type are possible to push 1st step and 2nd step at the same time, and depending on the basic emergency switch and the user function selection(the number of operation directions and additional functions), it is formed one of 4-12 types.

Wire rope

By considering the sheave efficiency, it is designed with a safety rate of 5 or higher and the rope diameter of all products except the low head 1ton(6mm) is 8mm or larger and it is B wire with spiral Z tangle with 6 cores of 19(or 37) strands.

Reduction gear

For the gear material, Goryeo alloy steel(SCM) and special steel(S45C) are used by considering the sufficient strength and with a gear polishing heat treatment, the noise of firm film and flexible inner layer is minimized for smooth operation at the same time as enlarging the anti-abrasion and oil scattering type is applied for refueling method.

Push button cable buffering equipment

When operating the button, to prevent the separation of the connection cables and to protect the cables when pulling the cable, the buffer prevention equipment is installed using a spring on the body of the hoist. Separate operation type push buttons are exceptional.

Road block and hook

It is consisted of sheave, shaft, hook beam and hook and the hook can be rotated 360 degrees by human power under the rated load and the safety link can be opened to direction of inner parts to prevent the derails of sling when operating.

Geared Motor

The braking power is more than 150% of the rated rotatory power of motor by using DC magnetic disc brake and it is designed, so the braking power is controllable. The reduction gear combined with a motor is designed for an appropriate reduction rate and motor size, so a smooth operation is possible when starting and stopping.

2. Selection Option

Overload prevention equipment

When load that is over the rated weight is used, an alarm sound is produced and the red light is turned on and it is adjustable for wanted weight with one method between of analog and digital methods.

Traverse motion Limit Switch

It is operated before the stopped stop when the hoist is moving in traverse and operates the BRAKE by intercepting the power of the traverse motion motor.

Hoisting preventer

It is designed as mechanical-electrical structure and is used by setting the location of the lower limit to prevent unexpected collisions in advance and to prevent safety accidents resulted by the reverse rotation and the appropriate usage of lower switch is useful for high lift or elevator type for transporting goods.

Double monorail trolley

It is used in extremely high lift monorail hoist and is a double trolley to minimize the shaking of the rope and goods in transport.

Remote wireless regulator

In case when an approach is difficult in operating condition or for safety or job efficiency, it is used separately from the push button and can be used for many cranes in a same factory and there is no malfunction due to the frequencies between multiple remote controllers used and the maximum distance range of the frequency is 200m.
