Features
WELD Checker NWC(Network Weld Checker) Series can check the voltage in real time, the current output can be managed in the form desired by the user in ARC / Spot / Plasma Welding .
ARC welding (NWC-1000A): average voltage, average current, welding time, the heat input (welding speed internal input) -SPOT welding (NWC-1000S): average voltage, average current, energization time, heat input (Q = I x v x t) -Plasma welding (NWC-1000P): average voltage, average current, welding time, the heat input (welding speed internal input)
- Simple current, voltage sensor can be installed by anyone
- user can select the output type available. (Print output, SD Memory, Network Communications (wireless))
- Network configuration can be managed from one PC. (Selection of the welding units up to 28 Data Management, Bluetooth, RS 232 or RS 422)
- Lower limit setting function : Phase output through the external fault signal contacts.
- 16 different working conditions can be entered
- MODE switch easy to operate and set up.
