Fiber Optic Repeater is designed for cost-effective solution in cellular and PCS. Fiber Optic Repeater system consists of two: Master and Slave. Master is installed in BTS and Slave is installed in slave cell site. Master captures RF signal and convert into optic signal and transmit it to Slave via Fiber Optic cable. Fiber Optic Repeater is usually used outdoor since its output power is high. It provides seamless coverage in tunnels, mountain valleys and other remote areas.
