Introduction
SMVP 1000 provides high vacuum degree for immediate braking while consuming less power and producing lower noise pollution than competition.
Unlike the engine model commonly used in the market, electric brake vacuum pump uses motor to drive pump. It is used for all the automobiles that use booster, that are: EV, Hybrid, EV remodeled vehicle, Tuned vehicle, as well as to save gas on diesel vehicle.
As it is dry electric vacuum pump, there is no need to oil it, and there is muffler attached on it which allows this pump to reduce noise. Pump housing for this pump is made with SUS304 material for rust prevention.
The pump has high degree of vacuum, and can set up the highest and the lowest degree vacuum point with an attached vacuum switch. The DC motor this pump uses has strong durability, which makes it semi-permanent.
The vacuum pump is modularized in to a set with vacuum switch, and does not require controller. It can be attached to all kinds of vehicle as we successfully diversified bracket of this pump to meet specification of those vehicles.
