Introduction

G-1 Breaker Mechanic

• Through bolt
  - Connects the fronthead, the cylinder and the back head. Torque must be continually tightened.
• Control Valve
  - The simplified external control box controls the oil flow and movement of the piston at uniform temperature.
• Accumulator
  - Lessens stress to hydraulic components as it absorbs pressure fluctuation.
• Back Head
  - Connects the cushion chamber charged with nitrogen gas.
• Piston
  - Transfers impact power to the chisel which is generated by hydraulic power.
• Cylinder
  -Contains the moving piston which connects simple oil-pressure circuits and stroke control circuits.
• Front Head
  - Absorbs vibration and maintains the whole body over the breaker.
• Chisel
  - Transfers blowing power of the piston to objects and maintains longer life using good material.
