Overview

The hybrid oil type transformer has no secular change and uses high permeability magnetic silicon steel plate. This innovation optimizes the working environment and reduces noise. It is a transformer utilizing new technology, this is the Dual Zigzag Winding method.

Product Features

1. Iron core
   - A high permeability magnetic and high-end grain oriented silicon steel plate, which has no secular change, is used for the iron core, this is helpful minimizing no-load current and loss. Noise and vibration is reduced due to precise machining.
2. Winding
   - The "winding" varies depending on the transformer types and individually optimal methods can be used for each case. When it comes to a conductor, high-quality one is selected and designed in order to sufficiently endure the allowed current, an increase in temperatures and the electromagnetic force that could occur due to external short-circuiting, in a way that provides optimal efficiency by taking into consideration the insulation class as well as the mechanical strength.
3. Insulation
   - The Insulation effect is maximized by using high quality insulation material in order to endure when an abnormal voltage or breakage occurs
4. External case
   - The external case is manufactured using the cold rolled steel p plate in order to resist internal pressure. It is also designed and manufactured by taking into account mechanical strength in a way not to allow transformation to occur due to transportation or other general impacts.
5. Coating
   - Shot-peening and powder coating assists in rust prevention on the external case.
6. Insulation oil preservation method
   - In order to prevent the insulation oil from ageing, a breathing device that contains silica gel to absorb moisture is used for small and medium-size transformers, and a conservator is attached for large-size transformers.
