Gangsan Farm produces organic foods fermented in a traditional method and ripened in a pottery by using Sanyacho (wild grass growing in a mountain). Since its study on Sanyacho for fermented drinks in 1986, it has produced Sanyacho Tea, Songhwa(flowers of the pine) Tea, Hongmaesil(red Japanese apricot) Tea fermented after obtained out of unpolluted Korean mountains and fields. Also, their by-products have been used as fermented compost for herb cultivation and farming. Permitted in 1999, once equipped with the processing and manufacturing facilities, it first produced Songhwa Tea and Hongmaesil Tea.
