Being an integrated product with 3 layers which has different features respectively, it is a product with more improved tensile strength, coefficient of extension etc. than the product formed in single layer.


l Features l

• Physical features
  The tensile strength, and coefficient of extension are excellent than the single layer structure even though the thickness is lowered by 20%~30% by being integrated in multi-layer structure.
• Chemical features
  A Layer : Being a resin layer of metallocene series, the coefficient of extension, ware resistance, thermosetting are improved.
  B Layer : Being a mixed layer with metallocene series resin and vinyl acetate resin, it is composed to be suitable as a middle media with improved impact resistance, adhesiveness.
  C Layer : Being a mixed layer with metallocene series resin and ethylene series resin, the tensile strength, ware resistance, cold resistance etc. are improved, and especially the thermosetting is maximized.
• Eco-friendliness
  It is an eco-friendly product corresponding with low carbon-emitting and green growth by use of eco-friendly synthesis resin.

Road Tunnel, Railroad Tunnel, Utility Tunnel, Power Tunnel, Underground Structure, and other water-proofing construction to cut off waters etc.

• Thickness : 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm
• Width : over 2m
• Length : May be cut as per the customer's demand

l Construction Method l

1. Shotcrete surface arrangement
2. Actual measuring of the internal diameter of tunnel and preparation of truck
3. Fix the water-proof sheet on the shotcrete surface
4. Bond the water-proof sheets with the thermosetter after making them overlapped by more than 80mm
5. Air test of sheet connecting area
