NK Corporation is a fully intergrated supply of profile EMI shielding gaskets (Fabric Over Foam).
Our product is UL94 V0 or UL94 HB as well as halogen-free. The service temperatures is from -40℃ to 70℃.
We specializes in quick turnaround of custom shapes and sizes.
│Structure│
- Fabric : Ripstop or Taffeta coating Ni/Cu, conductivity <0.07 ohms/square.
- Foam : Polyurethane foam compression ratio 32k, 45k or 80k
- Adhesive : PSA conductive tape, non conductive tape based on carrier; non woven, mesh and woven conductive fabric.
