Feeding unit:

1 Lead edge feeding is adopted to deliver the paper. It can just air volume according to the cardboard bending degree so that make sure to deliver the paper smoothly.

2 Motor is used to start protection device. If the machine is not fixed, the main energy will unable to start.

3 It can do continuous and skip cardboard feeding.

4 Double rubber rollers for feeding, the rubber rollers have slot for prevent the moisture and pressure, so that can reduce squashed feeding paper.

5 The feeding rubber rollers are with cylinder cushion device. It can do precise feeding. It is reliable and will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.

6 The left and left baffles adopt electrical control with data display（here can add automatic pneumatic aligning device）. The back baffle adopts electrical adjustment. The front baffle space is synchronous manual adjustment.

7 It adopts dust removal device. Dust brush and vacuuming fan can clean dust of the surface cardboard  

8 Electric controls the machine and with alarm bell so that can guarantee the safety of the operator.

9 Electronic counting be used to setup the production. When it completes the production, the alarm will warn automatically (if choose the touch screen control, the touch screen can display the production quality.

10 Open and close of the unit adopts electrical walking and pneumatic locking.(with overload protection function ) .

Printing Unit

1 Printing roller: You can adopt advanced, convenient, practical hanging plate with hooked slots (optional). When loading and unloading the plate, the pedal switch can control it independently. The phase adjustment adopts non-stop-working, 360°electrical，and numerical adjustment, which can put into data according to the error and modulate automatically.

2 Ink circulating system:

The anilox roller adopts the steel material 220 wire or 200 wire combined anilox roller.

The rubber roller is made of natural oil proof, acid and alkali rubber proof.

When the pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, it can make a automatic cycle. After the water is added, it cleans automatically.

When it stop walking, it can distribute ink. Stop working and the work of the ink circulating for a short time. Cleaning-free to guarantee the quality of the printed things and make the ink color showing no difference

The anilox roller and the rubber roller of the ink circulating system are controlled by the pneumatic.

 Slotting unit

 The slotting part can electrically adjust the phase in 360

The height of the box can be adjusted by hand. Four knives are synchronous.

The length and width can be adjusted. It also has up and down knife plates,  paper-ticking knife, creasing shaft. The pointer of the scale can make a automatic, combined move , which can save time (SYK4260,SYK4860 have this function).

The whole machine equipped with pneumatic and combined control, which has the function of counting, alarming and operating at the back of the machine.
