Atmospheric plasma treatment is the key technology for custom surface treatment: ultrafine cleaning, surface activation, and plasma coating of almost all materials plastics, metals, glass, cardboard, textiles, and composite materials.
Plasma technology, plasma surface treatment can be integrated inline. This makes it possible to use cost-effective starting materials, to combine materials that were previously incompatible, and to implement high-efficiency, environmentally friendly plasma treatment into your manufacturing processes.

Plasma made from atmospheric air is highly oxidative. Layers of absorbed molecules, such as oil and water on metallic surfaces, are easily removed with this type of plasma technology. Plastics are oxidized at the surface.
This type of treatment to plastics increases the wettability and adhesion of inks and glues by increasing the surface engergy ription.

│ Function│

A current conducting plasma exists inside the current filament of a corona discharge. Another, secondary plasma exists beside the current filaments. An AD-plasma is free of current filaments. It is potential free.
