Centrifugal Solid/Liquid Separator 'sludgeFREE'

Centrifugal separators efficiently clarify raw liquids (dirty) or oils by using spinning bowl-generated centrifugal force that continuously separates solid particles suspended within water-based liquids or insoluble oil (termed centrifugation). In result, treated liquids (clean) can be supplied to various manufacturing process such as metal or non-metal forming, grinding, lapping, honing, etc. In automatic or semi-automatic sludge cleaning, collected particle solids (sludge) in properly dewatered state discharge into the sludge cart for easy disposal. Adequate applications include removing, from liquids, waterwash paint spray booth sludge, livestock wastewater solids, and collector/scrubber wet dust. Also called centrifuges, centrifugal filters, or centrifugal clarifiers. According to a method of cleaning collected sludge there are three types: manual, semi-automatic and automatic.

 

Features

- Manual cleaning: (1) In SF-20N, top-discharge of accumulated sludge by hand direct from the bowl or taking out the bowl (2) In SF-50N and SF-100N, top discharge of sludge by hand direct from thesludge-holding rubber liner or by taking out the liner from the bowl. Cleaning action should be taken after the bowl has come to a complete stop.

- Semi-automatic cleaning: Under-discharge of sludge by turning a T-bar on the topside of the separator after separating operation comes to a stop by the programmed timer.)

- Automatic cleaning: Under-discharge of sludge by the PLC-based control panel for continuous separating and cleaning cycle.

- Separable solids: most of over 5-micron ferrous or non-ferrous particles, resulted from grinding process, such as wheel grits, ceramics, glass, plastics, aluminum, cast iron, carbon or stainless steel, etc. Actual micron rating relates to solid particle's size/specific gravity and its ratio in weight to liquid, and the liquid's temperature/viscosity.

- No consumables such as filtering media are needed.

- Treated liquids (clean) minimize scratches on the surface ground and extend life span of machine tools.

- No influence on chemical additives dissolved in the liquids.

- Raw liquids (dirty) or treated liquids (clean) supply pump to be supplied by customer, unless otherwise expressed in writing.
