▶ Support Mechanism  

The installation method of spiral pile involves rotation and press-in by hydraulic Auger. It can be constructed conveniently using Backhoe or Auger. It is a dry construction method that hardly produces surplus soil without using concrete and excavation; it is also an environment-friendly method that impacts the ground directly without excavation using a spiral steel pipe pile as base pile. It has various merits including reduction of cost and construction period, no need for concrete and surplus soil, availability for soft ground, recycling of used pile, non-vibration construction, reaction to obstacles under the ground, and construction in narrow space and in all conditions.

Spiral pile does not impact the surrounding environment and human body because it suppresses the treatment of surplus soil without using cement and amendment. It also enables low-vibration, low-noise construction.

When vertical impact is applied to the spiral pile placed under ground, bearing capacity is increased by resistance to the upward/downward shear force and internal pressure. Spiral pile not only supports press-in load but also has the same level of internal force against the direction of drawing.
