This enables deployment in a variety of hitherto impractical locations, including remote border sites or areas of outstanding natural beauty which lack manmade infrastructure. Live video may be transmitted from it by a variety of different methods depending upon operational requirements. Typically, a multi channel digital radio relay would be used, but alternative methods could include satellite link, GSM cellphone, 3G, or direct (radio) internet connection.
