We are a small company that produces colored barley(black, blue, purple, and yellow) via contract farming andcarries out product distribution to all over the country. Aside from barley coffee (K-COFFEE), we also offer cookies, bread, and diabetes porridge.

Through our production of safe and healthy food, we were able to acquire GAP and HACCP certification from the government.

The social cost incurred in efforts to curediabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity, which are considered some of the main problems in the world, is paid with the people’s taxes. We can all help prevent and solve this problem with the consumption of whole grain food that contains rich dietary fiber and minerals. In line with this, we ensure that our products are made from whole grains, without the use of any food additives. Because of this, however, the taste and color may prove to be unique, but we ensure that all our products are good for the body.

We have brought in an R&D business from the government to make the products desired by our customers and to develop and commercialize new products every year. In particular, we are developing the technology that can culture gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)andornithine, and extracting these using barley bran(by-product of barley). We expect that these willbecome innovative productsin the field of functional food.
