The sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas) is a dicotyledonous plant that belongs to the family Convolvulaceae.

Its large, starchy, sweet-tasting, tuberous roots are a root vegetable.

In Korea, sweet potatoes are baked in foil or in open fire, typically during winter. And in Korean, sweet potatoes are called "Goguma".

While sweet potato provides less edible energy and protein per unit weight than cereals,

it is a higher nutrient density source of certain vitamins and minerals than cereals.

We have run big sweet potato farm and produce the delicious bread, cookies, paste etc.

• Main raw materials : sweet potato powder, flour(Origin : Korea)

• Product status : dough flour, not ovened, with filling

• Packing : Basic vinyl packing and outer carton pack

• Period of circulation : 3 months(at room temperature) 

• OEM production : possible
