Brandon UHC series of holding cabinet:
This is BRANDON's most popular holding cabinet, widely used in the fast food outlets. Best used for fried chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs as well as pizza. The unit is made of high quality stainless steel (non magnetic), well polished to the best aesthetic appearance.
Food can be held at temperature up to 99℃, with moisture compensation so the freshness of food can be preserved for a much longer period of time. This is the way how you see your profit increase by keeping food fresher and longer.
Holding cabinet features:
- High holding temperature (max 99℃ ) forbids bacteria survival and keeps your food fresh and hygiene, meeting HACCP requirement.
- Humidity compensation: food can be maintained fresh and moist for longer time.
- Forced convection ensures thermal balance within the cabinet.
- Electronic thermostatic control and thermometer for accurate temperature control.
- Includes 5" casters. Pans are optional.
