1. What you can do with our "Shove Joint".

You can use our "Shove Joint" for making lots of kinds of structures like assembly vinyl houses, temporary car-parking stand, indoor outdoor table of 4 or 6 or 8 angles, outdoor tent stand, indoor outdoor playground, water play stand, fence, desk, bench, shelf.


2. The component and gauge of our "Shove Joint"

As you see in photos, our "Shove Joint" is consisted of one upper and one lower.

When you assemble a structure by using one set consisted of one upper and one lower, for tightening it more you can use yellow plastic "E-Joint" together.

The gauge of pipes on which you can use our "Shove Joint" is round pipes with 1.5mm thickness, 25.4mm outside diameter. We are developing our "Shove Joint" for rectangle pipes.

 


3. General order to use our "Shove Joint" in for the purpose of connecting pipes.


3-1. Attach one couple of "Shove Joint" to the pipe by wrapping a pipe with one couple of "Shove Joint".
 
3-2. Subsequently, Insert yellow plastic "E-Joint" into another pipe to connect to the pipe wrapped already with "Shove Joint.
 
3-3. Continuously, push the pipe inserted with "E-Joint" onto "Shove Joint" one by one.

4. General order to assemble a vinyl house in through connecting pipes with our "Shove Joints"

4-1. Connect 0 degrees "Shove Joints" to one side pipe of two long side pipes of bottom at an fixed interval consecutively.

4-2. Stand up pillars on the spots connected with 0 degrees "Shove Joints" consecutively.

4-3. Connect one crossbeam on the pillars with 60 degrees (interior angle 120) "Shove Joints".

4-4. Connect rafters to the crossbeam consecutively.

4-5. Connect the ridge becoming the top of a vinyl house to the ends of the rafters with 45 degrees (interior angle 135) "Shove Joint".

4-6. Connect the rafters to the opposite side of the ridge, too.

4-7. Connect the other crossbeam to the ends of the rafters with 60 degrees (interior angle 120) "Shove Joints".

4-8. Connect pillars to the crossbeam downward consecutively.

4-9. Connect the other end of the pillars to the other long pipe of the bottom with 0 degrees "Shove Joint" at a fixed interval consecutively.

4-10. Connect 2 other short sides of 4 sides of bottom.

5. Kinds and its usage of our "Shove Joint"

5-1. 0 degrees white "Shove Joint"

Use it for connecting the other pipe to a pipe vertically.

After wrapping a pipe with a pair of 0 degrees "Shove Joint" first, inserting yellow plastic E-Joint inside another pipe to connect to the first pipe subsequently, you assemble the pipes by pushing the pipe of E-Joint to the 0 degrees "Shove Joint" to the end.

5-2. 45 degrees yellow "Shove Joint" (interior angle 135)

Use it for connecting 2 different pipes to a pipe at interior angle of 135 degrees. Only 45 degrees "Shove Joint" is yellow. The others are white.

When assembling a vinyl house, use 45 degrees (interior angle 135) yellow "Shove Joint" at the ridge of the vinyl house connected with rafters.

5-3. 60 degrees white "Shove Joint" (interior angle 120)

Use it for connecting 2 different pipes to a pipe at interior angle of 120 degrees.

When assembling a vinyl house, use 60 degrees (interior angle 120) "Shove Joint" at the crossbeam connected with pillars and rafters.

5-4. 180 degrees white "Shove Joint"

Use it for connecting 2 different pipes to a pipe straight. After connecting them, The first pipe and 2 different pipes connected to the first pipe becomes a rectangular crossroad.

5-6. Straight unlimited connection pin

Use it for connecting 2 different pipes straight. 180 degrees shove joint is consisted of a pair but Straight unlimited connection pin is a mass.

7-2. Rubber hammer   Use rubber hammers for preventing parts from being warped or distorted when adhering parts like pipes or "E-Joint" more closely firmly.

7-3. Bolt Drive or screw bolts into the pipes for making the assembled structure stronger.

7-4. Cap Insert a cap in the top of the pipes after connecting pipes for preventing her and his skin from being cut because the top of pipes cut by electric cutting tools is not smooth.

 

8. Structures made of our "Shove Joint".

8-1. Small sample vinyl house (Please see the second photo above)

Use 45 degrees (interior angle 135) yellow "Shove Joint" on the ridge of a vinyl house to connect rafters. Use 60 degrees (interior angel 120) silvery "Shove Joint" on the crossbeam to connect rafters and pillars. Use 0 degree silvery "Shove Joint" on the bottom pipe to connect pillars vertically. Firm much more by screwing bolts at the area of the pipe lapped on "Shove Joint" after completing a vinyl house. Prevent his or her skin from being scratched by inserting black cap in the top of pipes.

8-2. Outdoor desk (Please see the third photo above)

This is a desk suitable for using in the outdoor. Only 60 degrees (interior angle 120) silvery "Shove Joint" is used for this item.

8-3. Actual vinyl houses (Please see the fourth, fifth and sixth photo above)

It is possible to use a vinyl house for farming or simple parking lot. 

 The fourth is a temporary parking lot. 

The fifth and sixth are for farming. 

0 degrees silvery "Shove Joint", 45 degrees (interior angle 135) yellow "Shove Joint" and 60 degrees (interior angle 120) silvery "Shove Joint" are used.

Using "Shove Joint" is equal to the above "Small sample vinyl house".

The sixth is Photoing from the side after lapping vinyl over the above.

Actual vinyl houses are for farming. Covered black roof over the vinyl house and attached vinyl to the side of the vinyl house, of same usage and size with the above.

 


9. Basic Dimension of vinyl house when assembling vinyl house by using our "Shove Joint"

9-1. Length is 4.8 meters, width is 3 meters, height is 2 meters, height of ridge is 0.5 meters. Here, the interval of pillars and rafters is 0.8 meters respectively.

9-2. Here, the count of necessary "Shove Joint" and pipes is 60 pieces and 60 pieces respectively.
