│ Features of AT-S Series │
- Wire feeding & rotating are possible both separately and simultaneously. Wire rotating can, back and forth move direction of 360 degrees so setting machine for operation is convenient and needs short time.
- Servo spinner can work bending with 360 degrees as well as winding over twisting wire by using a mandrel so it's easy to control precision-oriented load.
- 3D bending & forming in processing is possible because the wire rotator can turn very freely in combination with the servo spinner.
- Setting machine for operation and working process for complicated forming get short. Compared with a former machine dependent on CAM, this one is much more facile to operate.
- 2nd hook. station which has two kinds of type : standard, special is equipped with both electric connecter and wheel caster.
Due to that fact, it's easy to be moved about and easily attached to and detached from S-type machine.
