- This men’s coat retains the dopo shape (full-dress attire of Hanbok), but textiles with unique prints give it a sense of class.
│ DESCRIPTION │
Dopo is a formal coat which the Yangban (Aristocrat Class) wore for outer wear during Chosun Dynasty.
It is considered a beauty of the Hanbok when the back split of the Dopo flutters as the man walks in Dopo.
This concept of the back split is applied in designing the Dopo Coat and the material and the colors were reinterpreted according to the modern trend so that when the Dopo Coat is put on, one can feel its grace, dignity and elegance.
