Steering
gear transfers steering control power to the front wheels by amplifying it and
its types include worm sector roller type, ball nut type, cam lever type, rack
& pinion type, screw nut type, and screw ball type. Currently, ball nut and
rack & pinion types are widely used.
The
rotation motion of steering handle is transferred to rectilinear motion to
steer and pinion below the steering axis is connected with rack. Therefore,
depending on the pinion’s rotational movement, rack moves in a straight line
from left to the right and vice versa within the steering gear box. This motion
makes it to move to the knuckle arms on the left and right for steering through
the tie rod on both ends.

1. Hyundai Glovis Remanufacturing Automotive parts
Remanufacturing automotive parts are very much like assembling new parts except that many of the components are taken from used parts, especially the housing. In remanufacturing, the part must be completely disassembled, cleaned and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components are replaced with new or rebuilt components. Electrical parts frequently need rewinding or rewiring. After all work is done, the part is reassembled and tested for compliance with performance specifications. As the sales agent of Hyundai Glovis in Korea, we’ve been distributing these remanufacturing automotive parts (((Air conditioner compressor, fuel filter cartridge, battery, High pressure pump, Caliper, Power steering gear, constant velocity jointer, injector, condenser, alternator, Starter motor, EGR valve, etc.) in the domestic market and exporting them into overseas market.
