This induction kettle main material is stainless steel(sus304).This kettle has can contain water 230 liters max for boiling. It has taken 45 minutes to boiling on to 100C degree.
This induction kettle has water tap to pour container inside and also use to clean after cooking. There are attached operation panel to control cooking time, power on/off include circuit breaker. You can use cover to open and close of the kettle container fully or half.
It can be use to cook like soup, jelly and others. And also you can use this kettle for frying like potato chips.
This induction kettle can cook for 500 persons meals max.
You can use this make all kinds of source for bakery, food.
Kettle container can tilting for cleaning and pours to transfer other food container. Container can tilting forward or back by operate attached handle.
This products has no carbon released and no oxygen resulting, the kitchen rooms are clean safty for the chefs.
This induction kettle has approved NSF( USA Nation Food approval) and ISO.
