Product Information
MANTEC has it's own Technical Center(MTC) to build the Molds/Tools which are
needed to produce the car parts.
27 employees are working with MTC and most of them are experts.
Especially, our plant manager has more than 30 years experices in this field.

Hyundai, Kia Motors.
To build precise Plastic Gear Mold, we have Hobbing Machine and Gear Desing Software.
Besides, we have 4 High Speed Spindles and EDM/WEDM.

Mantec Co. was established in December 1998 and is located in
Ansung city near Seoul, Korea.
We produce engineering plastic parts for ED in a car by injection.
Main products are Gear Housing(Box) & Gear for window lift motor and
power seat motor. And Blower Wheels for HVAC.We have 44 injection machines and the range of machine is from
100 tons to 450 tons. And 140 employees are working for the company.We are also specialized in designing and manufacturing the Molds.
To produce precise Molds for Plastic Gear, we are equipped with
Hobbing Machine and Gear Design Software.
Besides, we have 4 High Speed Spindles and EDM/WEDM.
We produce average 55~60 sets of mold / year.Mantec also has 2 plants in China and 80 employees are working
