model with DSLR camera system, this function could captures the whole
working size image via DSLR camera at a time and automatically analyze to
recognize the contour without comparison with design file format data, then
accurately position for cutting without additional hand-work . The Max.
processing area 2500x1800mm is limited due to the DSLR camera pixel and
software limitation, it’s prepared for applications in the fields of laser
cutting for small to middle size materials and suitable for special
requirements production.
Features
1. Laser cutting machine design with UniSmartCut controller which is based
on advanced DSP technology for improving the performance, dedicated speed
controller software design ensures fast and stable moving, plus automatic laser
compensation technology.
2. Suitable for end-user who has a high requirements on the precision
of cutting, it is widely used for most of popular application such as
garment , leather, toy, computer embroidery, handcraft, advertisement,
decoration, building upholster, package materials, digital printing materials,
paper products, etc.
3. DSLR Camera positioning system, captures image via DSLR camera and
automatically recognize the printed design and curves, automatic camera
detection enables printed materials to be cut out precisely along the printed
outline. Even copying tolerances in the printed format can be compensated by
software control.
4. Fast continues curve cutting is possible, due to the
powerful data processing capability of the high speed DSP technology and
precision mechanical system. During high-speed operation, cutting either
straight lines or curves without distortion.
5. Protection system: enclosure protection, emergency stop switch, leakage
protection.
