Product Description
Introduction
This is a test method for the fire resistance performance of building materials based on ISO standard. The equipment measures the heat release rate, smoke generation, oxygen consumption, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide production. It can be changed to furniture calorimeter to test furniture.
Based on the ISO 9705 (Fire tests - Full scale room test for surface products), local fire caused by flame in a small room of a sandwich building structure is reenacted. Then evaluates combustion diffusion of the exposed assembled sandwich panel (or inside panel), and fire behavior in sandwich panel building structures.
▣ ISO 13785-2
▣ Installed total 8 of heat flux meters
▣ Installed total 7 thermocouples on the outer surface of the test specimen.
▣ Data acquisition device’s system is designed to be compatible with the LabView programming language.
▣ Enclosure for data acquisition is installed in the measurement site, and the signal generated from this can be selectively acquired by Data Logger or NI (National Instrument) Field Pointer.
▣ Heat release rate
▣ Heat flow measurement graph
▣ Average of total heat flow and temperature data for 1 minute
▣ Graph of fuel flow
▣ Temperature measurement graph (average of three temperature measurements)
