For disinfection and cleanliness, we uses high-temperature steam (>= 121℃) and water (>= 95℃) for an automatic cleaning process.
High temperature sterile water (at least 95℃) is used to disinfect the manufacturing systems, including chemical reactors and fillers. The finished solutions can be used for seven multiple purposes of cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting, storing, wetting of contact lenses and protein removal from the lens. The solutions can prevent bacteria from growing and protect the eyes against infection with sufficient anti-acanthamoeba effects.
Along with the wetting function, the solutions effectively prevent lens deformation and dirt accumulation, thereby making contact lens wear more comfortable for a long time.

1. Cleaning and rinsing
1) Use the solution to clean and rinse both sides of the lens thoroughly. For additional cleaning, place 3 drops of the solution onto one side of lens surface and gently rub for 20 seconds and rinse.
2) Use an appropriate amount of the solution to remove residues from the lens surface and to rinse both sides of the lens.
2. Disinfection and protein removal
To disinfect the lens and remove protein from it, soak the lenses in the solution for 6 hours using a contact lens case.
3. Storing contact lens
Contact lenses can be stored in this solution for up to 30 days before reuse. For a longer storage, clean the lenses and replace the solution every 30 days for disinfection.
4. Instructions for contact lens wearing
1) Rinse the lenses with the solution, if necessary, before wearing them.
2) Rinse the contact lens case as well with the solution and let it air dry.
