Generally, it used a horn speakers with 50 ~ 75W to warn on highway. A driver inside the vehicle traveling at a speed of 100 km/h on the highway can recognize the warning message around 10 ~ 20m. It would be a factor to occur the secondary accident because it is too short to change the driving direction after recognizing of the warning sound.However, when DLRAD is used, the driver inside the vehicle can recognize the warning message within 100m from the point of DLRAD broadcasting, even though the speed of the vehicle is over 100Km/h. It makes the driver to change the driving direction with a comfortable distance. At the same time, the following vehicle in the same lane can also change the lane at a safe distance.
