by using material LSR (Liquid silicon rubber).
Artificial eye consoisted with 3 kinds LSR molded parts.
Artificial Eye are produced at least 60 kinds of size.
The difference of individually is 50 micron with Optical dot.
So as to maintain discernment beatween every size, very difficult cause of 50micron is too small.
That's why this UMLSR machine is very sensitive to their process control.
Utilities are Pneumatic & Servo motor in order to precision control.
