㈜영진약품 (박수준사장) 과 폐질환 관련 전문의약품 (아이비투 시럽) 을 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY 에 6개월 전부터 의약품 수출을 진행하였으며 ㈜영진약품 과 중국의 ‘윤공제약과학기술유한회사’ 간에 MOU 및 비밀유지 계약을 이미 쳬결 하였습니다. 현재 양 사간 물품공급계약서 및 10년 독점계약서를 주고 받았고 내용과 납품가격을 조율중이며, 3월 셋째주에 계약완료 될 예정입니다. ㈜영진약품 과 중국의 ‘윤공제약과학기술유한회사’계약 완료시 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY 는 ㈜영진약품 (박수준사장)도 수수료지불계약 완료가 될 예정입니다. 연간 수출 예상 금액은 400억 ~500억이며 또한, ㈜영진약품에서 연구개발하는 신약도 공동추진 논의 중에 있습니다.

저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY 는 중국 베이징 ‘윤공제약과학기술유한회사’ 의 한국사업 대행업체 독점권한을 갖고 있으며 관련된 증빙 서류는 첨부 파일 하였습니다.
2. ㈜일동제약과 ODM방식으로 생산하는 구강제품인 브랜드 ‘센스타임 덴탈퍼스트’ 라는 제품을 CYC ISAAC COMPANY가 개발 하였으며, 브랜드의 권한 또한 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY가 가지고 있습니다. 현재 태국, 미얀마, 베트남 국가의 FDA 를 취득을 마쳤으며, 수출을 하고 있으며 수출량을 늘리기 위하여 홍보 마케팅을 할 예정 입니다.
또한, ㈜일동제약 생활건강 (김중효 사장) 과 일동제약의 여러 상품들을 해외 수출하기 위해서 공급계약서 체결하였으며 ㈜일동제약은 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY 에 동남아 10개국 물류중심 국가인 라오스 수도 비엔티엔 백화점 1층에 안테나 샵의 운영하고 있습니다.
3. 한국의 대표적 대형 성형외과인 드림성형외과병원는 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY와동남아 뷰티 관광 컨설팅과 유치에 대한 독점 계약을 맺었으며 베트남 업체와 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY도 드림성형외과병원에 뷰티관광으로 인한 성형 환자 유치에 대한 독점 계약을 체결 하였습니다. 또한 2018년3월 15일~20일 드림성형외과 수술 담당자와 업무 담당자 5명과 함께 태국으로 출국하여 태국 병원에서의 시술과 뷰티 관광에 대한 상담과 독점계약을 태국 업체와 체결하기로 협의 하였습니다. 이어 캄보디아 병원과는 6월경 계약을 맺기위해 협의 논의 중에 있습니다.
4. ㈜디와이네츄럴, ㈜솔젠트, (주)더바이오
위 3개 회사와 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY 는 해외 독점판매권한 및 해외수출 컨설팅 계약을 맺었으며 양사간 계약서 파일을 첨부하겠습니다.
㈜디와이네츄럴 의 브랜드 이름은 ‘캐로시톨’ 과 숙‘녀시대’ 이며, 고혈당, 당뇨병, 인슐린기능회복 혈당조절 기능이 있는 제품 입니다.
(주)더바이오 의 제품은 개인용 혈당 측정기 이며, 세계특허를 보유하고 있는 제품 입니다. 제품소개 자료도 첨부해 드리겠습니다.
5. (주)신드롬 코스메틱 (임재형 대표이사) 화장품 브랜드 ”CB” (티아라 광고, 콜마 자회사) 의 해외수출 판매를 저희 CYC ISAAC COMPANY 대행 하고 있고, 태국, 미얀마, 베트남 국가의 FDA 인증 을 취득 하여, 현재 활발히 수출마케팅을 하고 있습니다. 수출국가는 베트남, 태국, 미얀마, 홍콩, 대만, 싱가폴 로 수출을 하고 있습니다.
6. 그외 한국의 20여 중소기업제품 (중국 FDA인증 취득)을 중국 백화점 협회 회장과의 오랜 친분을 활용하여 중국 백화점 협회와 제품에 대한 바이어 미팅이 계획되어 있으며 십수년간 중국에서 의류제조업을 하며 친분을 쌓아온 바이어들을 십분 활용하여 중국시장을 공략하고 있습니다. 중국시장의 특성상 꽌시에 의해 움직이므로 중국인 지인들의 많은 도움이 되고 있습니다.
7. 현재 태국 FDA 인증을 받기위해서 한국 중소기업 제품 4개 브랜드를 신청 접수 시킨 상황이며 곧 승인이 떨어질 것이란 연락을 받았습니다.
