HS-GW-9540 Two-component solvent-based oil glue
HS-GW-9540 is a solvent-based pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. It is a Low-temperature self cross-linked thermosetting pressure sensitive adhesive, also a mixed double liquid adhesive.
It has the advantage of very great balance of three force, tack, adhesion and cohesion.
1) Great balance of three force, initial tack, adhesion and cohesion. Good initial tack & adhesion, excellent cohesion,nice heat resistance and good resistant to DOP
2) Recommended ratio: (Adhesive:Curing agent:temperature-resistant additive) 100:1:1.
3) Add temperature-resistant additive, and begin stiring until smooth, all mixture must be used up in 5 hours, or it would be thicker and thicker, until totally hardened.
