This is why 'dl-α-tocopherols(Pure Vitamin E)' which shows excellent antioxidant activities cannot be widely used in cosmetics products. As you may know, 'Acetate α - tocopherols', more stablized form of Vitamin E, is mostly used in cosmetics products. However the antioxidant activities of 'Acetate α - tocopherols' is remarkably lower than Pure Vitamin E.
