Product Information
DESCRIPTION
CC700 is a 100% solid content, two components, high performance polyurea
elastomer based on aromatic MDI and amineterminate Polyether.
It displays extremely fast cure times about 10~100 seconds and shrinkage
resistance which also provides excellent acid, alkali and chemical resistance.
WORKING PROCEDURE
1. Surface preparation - please make sure the surface in clean, dry, sound and smooth
condition.
2. Crack repair – Epoxy resin mortar, Epoxy resin repair material, single component
polyurethane sealant and single component polyurethane waterproofing material.
3. Primer
4. Application 2.1~2.5kg per 2mm thickness.
(1.3kg of CC700 could be applied 1mm thick)
5. Top coat
CHARATERISTIC
1. Well abrasion resistance, flexibility and elasticity.
2. Corrosion resistance
3. No building restriction, wide working temperature range.
None sensitive to temperature and humidity, it can be harden
at 5℃. It can be applied in -40℃ ~ 120℃.
4. Environmental protection and high solid content.
5. Non sagging and seamless, can be used over flat or vertical surface
at the same time.
6. Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
