Qing’s Wangshixiong is also describing about remedial effect of sea cucumber in his Susikgeoeumsikbo-Suixijuyinshipu as “It helps in providing nourishment to the blood, nourishes the blood, makes energy healthy, helps dryness to have fine luster, controls menstruation, gives nutrition to the fetus and helps safe delivery.”

청대(淸代)의 왕사웅(王士雄)수식거음식보(隨息居飮食譜)에서 해삼의 약효를 혈액에 자양물 공급을 돕고, 보혈(補血), 양기를 건강하게 해주며, 건조함을 윤기 있게 해주고, 월경 조절, 태아에 영양을 주고 순산을 돕는다.”라고 기술하고 있다.

청대(淸代) 말년에 이르러서 해삼은 궁전 ‘8대 해산물중의 으뜸으로 자리잡게 되었고, 이로 인해 진귀한 식품의 대명사로 떠오르게 된다.

挑选干海参的标准

真正的好海参的形体端正,干度好,含盐量低,大小均匀,结实而有光泽。肚内无杂质,刀口处翻肉质厚、刺高挺,可以看到四道参刺。真正的没有添加异物的海参颜色呈棕黑色或棕黄色,含盐量不高于12%

 

 

OCEAN STAR干海参的发制方法

1.先将海参放入水中(若干小时)泡软。

2.将海参放入锅中慢火煮20分钟(保持水不要沸腾)。

3.将海参捞出冷却后,沿切口剪开,剪去沙嘴,剪断筋,用凉水洗净。

4.将海参放入盆中,加凉水和冰块,放入冰箱内冷藏,泡发2~3天后即可食用(每24小时换一次水)。
